PINTRIP MEMBERSHIP – TERMS & RULES

HERE YOU WILL FIND THE APPLICABLE RULES FOR PINTRIP MEMBERSHIP AND OVERNIGHT STAYS WITH HOSTS. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING YOUR FIRST TRIP.

Personal Membership

A Pintrip membership is personal and may not be shared, lent, or transferred.
In cases of misuse, the membership may be suspended without prior notice.
You are, of course, welcome to invite others to join the trip – as long as you are present yourself.

Who Can Use Pintrip?

Pintrip is intended for travelers using:
– Motorhomes (all hosts)
– Rooftop tents (approx. 250 hosts)
– Caravans (approx. 130 hosts)

Experiences – Not Camping

As a member, you may park and stay overnight free of charge for up to 24 hours with hosts across Denmark. The stay takes place on private property and must always be conducted with respect for the place and the host.

As a general rule, you may not occupy more space than your vehicle itself, nor set up what would be considered actual camping. It is not permitted to use the host location as an outdoor toilet, take outdoor showers, or set up equipment without prior agreement. At many host locations it is possible to extend an awning or use a grill, but always ask first.
Use of facilities such as electricity, water, and toilets must be agreed upon in advance and may need to be paid directly to the host, as these are often shared with hosts, staff, and customers.

Pintrip is built on mutual respect between host and guest.
Choose hosts you are genuinely interested in visiting.
This helps ensure great experiences and leaves space for other members.

Membership Period

Pintrip is 100% digital.
Your membership is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
If you have a subscription, the membership renews automatically.

Reservations (New)

From April 1st, you can reserve a spot with selected hosts up to 3 days before arrival directly in the app.

Guestbook in the App (New)

From April 1st, you can share your experiences in the Pintrip app, upload photos, and inspire other members through the guestbook.

Rented or New Vehicle

You can easily be a member even if you are traveling in a rented vehicle.
If your license plate changes during the membership period, simply send us an email with your membership number and the new registration number, and we will update it.

Cooperation with Hosts

There is no financial payment between Pintrip and the hosts per visit.
Hosts participate because they want to welcome guests and create great experiences.

Misuse

As a member, you are a guest on private property.
Failure to follow the guidelines may result in immediate suspension of your membership.
